Goals

I am going to post goals here and check them off as I achieve them, but they will forever remain so I can see what I’ve done…

  • Loose 10 pounds 
  • Loose 25 pounds
  • Loose 50 pounds
  • Loose 75 pounds
  • Loose 100 pounds
  • Loose 125 pounds
  • Loose 160 pounds (GOAL!!!!)
  • Go to the gym 3x a week for 1 month
  • Go to the gym 3x a week for 3 months
  • Go to the gym 3x a week for 6 months
  • Walk a 5k 
  • Jog a 5k
  • Run a 5k
  • Fit into a size 16
  • Fit into a size 12
